Brad and his business partner Mike Holzgang provide a full range of buyer and tenant representation, transaction management and related advisory services to private, public and non-profit entities headquartered in the Pacific Northwest.
A good deal of this time is assisting medical service clients. We have had the pleasure of assisting with purchases on behalf of major medical systems for MOB’s along with supporting small two physician clinic operations and every size and type of physician practice in between (including the formation of Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Physician Specialization Practice Groups and Community Health Practices)
Since this commercial real estate team only advises tenants and owner-users – the occupants of commercial real estate — its members have no conflicts of loyalty or time which allows Brad and Mike to use a consultative approach toward the provision of advisory services.
