Executive Profile: Tony Andrade
Tony has been with Moss Adams since 1993. A licensed Oregon Municipal Auditor, Tony participates in audits and reviews of health care organizations including behavioral health clinics, managed care organizations, hospitals, group medical practices, insurance companies, ambulatory surgery centers, home health agencies, hospices, skilled nursing facilities, dialysis centers, independent practice associations, and community health centers, with most based in Oregon. Tony is also very familiar with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and performs audits of insurance companies in Oregon that report on the statutory basis of accounting.
In addition to his participation in audits of health care organizations, Tony has been involved with internal control reviews of hospitals, medical groups, and outside billing agencies; bond financing; building feasibility studies; and benchmarking performance studies, and assists with the preparation of operating and cash flow projections as well as forecasts and claims reviews of insurance contracts between insurance plans and employers.
