Executive Profile: Warren Johnson
Warren is known for his vision, innovation and entrepreneurial leadership for setting new standards in healthcare. Warren founded STAT Medical Services, Inc. and grew it to over 650 nurses to become the largest medical staffing company in the Pacific Northwest (sold 2002). Warren also founded ShiftWise, now the largest medical staffing Vendor Management Software company in the nation, serving more than 500 hospitals. He founded Genesis Health Group, a healthcare consulting organization focused on accelerating the growth of companies with innovative products and services. For the last nine years, Warren has consulted with large healthcare systems and medical staffing agencies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Master’s in Nursing Administration from Oregon Health Sciences University. He was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in healthcare in 1999.
